Our recruiting firm is representing a prominent law firm in Center City, Philadelphia, seeking a skilled and compassionate Litigation Attorney / Trial Lawyer with 5-10+ years of experience to join their expanding Sexual Assault Litigation practice.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of sexual assault cases from intake through resolution, providing compassionate and effective legal representation.
- Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and develop comprehensive case strategies for litigation and trial.
- Work closely with support staff, paralegals, and attorneys to ensure thorough preparation for court proceedings.
- Represent clients in courtrooms across Philadelphia and other locations, advocating for their rights during trials, pre-trial motions, depositions, and hearings.
- Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct detailed legal research to support case strategies.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor / Juris Doctorate (JD / J.D.) degree from an American Bar Association (ABA)-accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (PA) and member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing.
- A minimum of 5 years of trial litigation experience, specifically in sexual assault litigation or personal injury law.
- Strong trial advocacy skills and a successful track record of courtroom success.
- Proficiency in using legal research tools, case management software, and other legal technology platforms.
- Admission to practice law in additional states is a plus but not required.
