We are actively seeking a HR Manager to join our team in ROCKVILLE, Maryland. In this role, you will be pivotal in overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. As an HR Manager, you will focus on developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor all HR-related administrative tasks including but not limited to data entry and auditing.
• Oversee the application of ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now systems, ensuring their efficient operation.
• Manage and optimize the use of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient human resource management.
• Utilize Ceridian and Core HR tools for effective workforce management and decision making.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee time records using the 'About Time' system.
• Administer and monitor all benefit functions, ensuring they meet employee needs and legal requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance norms within all HR functions.
• Handle employee relations, addressing any issues or grievances promptly and professionally.
• Take charge of the recruitment process, ensuring the hiring of candidates with experience in the required fields to meet the company's needs. • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a HR Manager role or similar
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Familiarity with Ceridian software
• Understanding of Core HR principles
• Experience with About Time software
• Auditing skills
• Experience in managing benefit functions
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and procedures
• Proficient in data entry tasks
