Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing floor. Coordinate, plan, and supervise activities.
- Ensure the efficient production of products with emphasis on good quality.
- Ensure quality of work performed through routine quality checks.
- Responsible for managing assigned personnel, and issues written and oral instructions.
- Monitors departmental and individual performance and provides appropriate feedback, encouragement, and discipline when necessary.
- Provide coaching and leadership to new and existing manufacturing associates.
- Ensure all assigned personnel observe and understand all company policies and procedures. Including established systems compliance, safety practices and procedures
- Perform production associate activities/work as needed.
