About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in streamlining marketing processes, optimizing campaigns, and driving overall marketing efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, digital advertising)
  • Manage campaign calendars, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics
Data Analysis:Utilize marketing analytics tools to gather and analyze campaign data
  • Generate insightful reports to measure ROI and identify optimization opportunities
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve future campaigns
Marketing Automation:Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot)
  • Develop and execute automated workflows and lead nurturing campaigns
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the marketing automation system
CRM Management:Maintain and update CRM records (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Segment and clean customer data to improve marketing targeting
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure data consistency
Project Management:Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes and increase efficiency
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve marketing operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
