Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to join our team. This role will focus on optimizing and managing all operational aspects of the Talent Acquisition (TA) function, ensuring the effective implementation of processes, tools, and strategies to support our hiring goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TA operations, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of recruitment technologies and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end TA operations, including ATS & CRM implementation, process standardization, tools and technology, employer brand management, data dashboards, and programs and partnerships.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of TA operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and recruitment strategies.
  • Lead the implementation of new recruitment tools and technologies and continually improve upon current tools.
  • Oversee the execution of Continuous Improvement Training needs for the TA Team. Support development of material and deliver to the TA team.
  • Support in daily oversight of TA Spend by auditing cost Identify opportunities for process automation and implement solutions to streamline recruitment operations.
  • Lead TA process workshops and training sessions to drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Support with refining our employer brand strategy across the business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling content for social media, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
  • Manager emerging talent programs, including internships, apprenticeships, and community partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • 8+ years of recruitment experience.
  • 4+ years of TA Operations experience.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Additional compensation including bonuses and car allowances are subject to eligibility.
  • The expected range for this position is $125,000–$145,000/year
Location, confirmed job-related skills, education, experience, and relevant training will be considered in setting the actual starting salary.
