CNC Estimator/Programmer NEEDED
Key Personnel Holland
SUMMARYResponsible to over see the organizations CNC Lathe machines and machining centers (Mills). Monitors and evaluates workflow and manufacturing methods and makes recommendations for process improvements. Oversees department staffing, training, and employee scheduling.
Ensures that performance and quality goals are met. Familiar with a variety of field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.Primarily programs, Estimates, and may help setup CNC Lathe machines and machining centers (Mills) to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESInclude the following; however other duties may be assigned. Studies blueprints, sketches, manuals, specifications, or sample part to determine the dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.Monitors department performance for quality, cost, and delivery; suggests and initiates plans to motivate workers to achieve stated goals. Advises management concerning major equipment maintenance repair or re-build requirements in order to avoid extended schedule disruption and downtime cost.
