We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Office Manager & Receptionist in Exeter, New Hampshire, 03833, United States. Responsibilities:

• Oversee office administrative processes to ensure smooth operations
• Use Microsoft Word and Outlook for document creation, correspondence, and scheduling
• Apply early childhood education principles in managing office environment
• Handle reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering phone inquiries, and directing calls as necessary
• Maintain and update office records accurately
• Process and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions
• Ensure the office is organized, clean, and presents a professional image to visitors
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently
• Assist in other office tasks as needed to support the team.
• Prior experience in office administration or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word
• Familiarity with office operations and procedures
• Knowledge in early childhood education is preferable
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with high levels of confidentiality
• Demonstrable ability to handle office management duties effectively
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent educational level is required, higher education degrees are a plus.
