About the Role:

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our presentations are clear, concise, and aligned with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Presentation Development & Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and senior leadership to update, enhance, and design compelling presentation decks and slides.
• Transform technical and complex information into visually compelling and easy-to-understand graphics, infographics, and data visualizations.
• Create and maintain a consistent visual identity across all presentation materials, ensuring strict adherence to our branding guidelines.
• Design and develop custom templates, icons, and other visual elements to enhance presentation quality.
• Content Enhancement & Editing: Edit and improve existing presentations, incorporating feedback and making content more engaging and impactful.
• Ensure accuracy and clarity of information presented, with a strong focus on detail.
• Design Expertise & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge and innovative presentations.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve presentation design processes and standards.
• Asset Management & Support: Help maintain an organized and easily accessible library of presentation templates, icons, images, and other design assets.
• Provide guidance and training on presentation design best practices to internal teams, fostering a culture of effective visual communication.
• Collaboration & Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver presentations that meet their objectives.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your presentation design work, demonstrating your ability to create visually compelling and effective presentations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to understand and convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a corporate environment and a strong understanding of business needs is highly desirable.
