KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for an ERP Project Manager: 5+ years of ERP migration/implementation to include manufacturing & distribution, data migration, archiving, & retirement of old ERP
We are looking for a Project Manager to assist in the migration from SAP to another ERP for one of our sites. The role of the Project Manager will be to execute the project and deliver the desired outcomes in an effective and profession manner.This is a contractual project-based engagement for an initial term of 12 months. You will be responsible for the overall successful delivery of this project including its support, operations, and key vendor relationships. You may be called upon to manage other smaller initiatives, time permitting.
Candidates for this position usually have five or more years of experience implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly with coworkers across an organization.Experience with IFS Cloud ERP a plus.

End to end program management - planning, execution, control, and closure using company's technologies project methodology
Interfacing with the ERP implementation partner who will work remotely and 3rd party consulting team
Transition and change management - pre, during and post project implementation
Project stakeholder management - working closely with internal and external stakeholders; Internal/External partner relationship management - maintaining a healthy working relationship without compromising on deliverables and outcomes
Project scope and schedule management
Driving project reviews and mitigating risks with due diligence and a data driven approach
Escalating project issues and risks to the senior management when needed
Contributing to the delivery of all aspects of the project, reporting on activities
Reporting, analysing, and resolving issues related to the implementation, stakeholders, and project operations that may impact service quality; ensuring that stakeholders' questions and problems are resolved properly and quickly;Budget management
Responsible for creation of training materials, and provision of training to end users on the IFS system
Coordinating all meetings and planning in our agile 2-week sprint approach
