This Senior Paralegal opportunity will be working directly with Adam as he continues to grow his practice, offering a unique opportunity to collaborate one-on-one with a prominent attorney and be an integral part of the firm's expansion.

What You'll Do- Work directly with Adam Elias, assisting in estate planning, administration and probate litigation =
- Independently draft trusts and estate planning documents
- Handle estate administration from start to finish, including probate court filings
- Engage with clients in meaningful and compassionate meetings
- Maintain meticulous task tracking and follow-ups
- Manage data entry and correspondence with accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate professionally with clients, financial institutions, and courts
- Prepare comprehensive estate planning and/or administration binders
Requirements
What You Bring- 10+ years of experience in Estate Administration and Probate Litigation
- Strong organizational and communication skills with an eye for detail
- Bilingual, preferred but not required
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets), Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- A self-starter who thrives in a supportive, independent work environment
- A compassionate, client-focused approach
