Plastics Injection Molding Repair Tech
Join our team as a Mold RepairTechnician, where you’ll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly through hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and collaboration.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and maintain molds to ensure production stays on track.
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairing molds to resolve production issues.
- Perform basic maintenance, including cleaning and replacing parts like ejector pins.
- Support quality initiatives by identifying and managing defective parts.
- Maintain and repair molding equipment, including cleaning barrels and screws.
- Keep work areas organized and follow 5S standards.
What You’ll Bring:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-3 years in injection molding experience in plastics.
- Skills: Basic understanding of troubleshooting processes and equipment, with a willingness to learn advanced techniques.

Responsibilities
As a Mold Technician, you’ll support efficient production by setting up molds, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining equipment to ensure high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mold setups, startups, and shutdowns for production runs.
- Troubleshoot and repair non-performing molds, including cleaning and replacing ejector or core pins.
- Document mold conditions and required repairs before storage.
- Maintain and repair molding equipment, including cleaning barrels and screws.
- Follow 5S standards to keep work areas organized and safe.
- Support process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and output.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-3 years in injection molding or related work.
- Skills: Basic troubleshooting of molds and equipment; familiarity with safety and quality standards.
- Attitude: Team player with a commitment to learning and continuous improvement.
