Job Title: SQL Server Database Developer

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain complex SQL queries and scripts for commission calculations.
- Design and implement robust database models to support business operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation.
- Document database structures, processes, and workflows for internal use.
- Assist in the migration and integration of data across various systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in database development and management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in database development with a focus on SQL Server.
- Proven experience in database modeling and design.
- Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
- Familiarity with commission payout structures and calculations is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
