Sr Epicor Business Analyst
We're seeking an experienced Sr Epicor Business Analyst to join our client based in the Minneapolis, MN area. The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of documented experience as an ERP business analyst in an IT environment, preferrably as a part of major ERP upgrades/implemenations, and in depth knowledge of the Epicor ecosystem.

responsibilities:
- Partner with business areas and provide subject matter expertise level support to enhance functional business areas through best practice manufacturing processes and systems utilization.
- Proactively identify areas of improvement, collaborate with key stakeholders to identify requirements and drive process and expand ERP functionality.
- Work with stakeholders to document business requirements and process flows to meet user requirements.
- Provide high-level support role for assigned business areas for ERP projects.
- Document process flows, functional specifications, user stories and test scenarios as needed.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of ERP solutions.
- Gather lessons learned and obtain final project approval from sponsor and stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to ERP implementation and management.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
