Product Specialist 3 - King of Prussia

The Product Specialist will lead the product through all stages of its life cycle, including definition, development, release, and post-release activities.

Responsibilities:

• Understand our product offering and how our products fit into an ecosystem landscape
• Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product/platform roadmap to guide the organization's AI/ML/GenAI initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with various stakeholders including business users, data scientists, Machine Learning engineers, data governance teams, and technology teams to understand requirements and develop appropriate solutions
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies in the AI/ML/GenAI space and apply relevant insights to improve the organization's capabilities
• Determine and maintain software product and service requirements through an in-depth understanding of customer and partner needs
• Work directly with customers and partners to understand their needs and translate them into requirements
• Evaluate and prioritize requested product enhancements
• Evaluate and present business opportunities to management and executives
• Develop and implement product-related marketing plans, overseeing the overall product strategy including the development, pricing, and marketing of products and services
• Develop and maintain product-related marketing materials including product collateral, release materials, sales tools, and materials, and internet data
• Conduct research and analysis of competitive information
• Experience in Marketing and Research
• Knowledge of Materials Handling and Planning Processes
• Ability to use "About Time" software effectively
• Familiarity with Internet usage and Pricing strategies
• Understanding of Revenue Accounting
• Fluency in English Language
• Willingness to Travel as required by the job
