Physical Therapist Assistant (Home Health)

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)-

Compensation: $40 to $45

Duties and Responsibilities-

Carrying out the treatment plan developed by the supervising physical therapist. -

Assisting patients with exercises and activities designed to improve mobility, strength, and coordination.-

Tracking and documenting patient progress during each session.-

Communicating any changes or issues to the physical therapist.-

Modifying treatment as directed by the physical therapist based on patient progress.-

Teaching patients and their families how to perform exercises at home.-

Educating them on safety measures and the use of assistive devices such as walkers or canes.-

Advising on how to maintain mobility and prevent further injury.
