Salesforce Senior Developer

Overview and Responsibilities:

Duties:

• Lead application development in the Salesforce.com platform including architecture, design, coding, configuration, maintenance, and installation.
• Take a hands-on approach in producing tangible deliverables.
• Develop Medium to Complex Salesforce solutions to ensure that standard methodologies are followed, and the best solutions are provided.
• Work closely with Enterprise integration architects and Salesforce implementation partners to complete the successful rollout of Salesforce CRM solutions.
• Work closely with business teams involving the discussion of trade-offs with other technologies such as .NET versus the code in place or mapping the functional requirements to Salesforce functionality.
• Conduct workshops and training for other team members on the IT Team to gain a detailed understanding of the Salesforce Solution, business requirements, and Salesforce Platform Capabilities.
• Propose IT designs that can sustain long-term business goals.
• Take initiative to identify IT issues, help triage defects in a multivendor environment, and provide solutions for mitigation plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT field.
• Must have 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect, Software Engineer, or a related occupation, including demonstrated experience in: Lightning Web Components; Visualforce; Apex development; front end UI/UX development; html5/css; Java Script/JQuery; Apex & Iframe programming; Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Datorama; multi-Salesforce product environments; Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; Enterprise level applications; Agile development methodology; MuleSoft integration; SQL Server; Datalake; and XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS, and EAI processes.
• Must have legal authority to work in the U.S. EEOE.
• Relocation not available. Position is onsite/hybrid. Must be located in Dallas-Ft. Worth
