My client is a growing IT services and IT consulting firm based in Dallas, TX. They are a smaller and more collaborative tax team who is looking for top talent to join their team.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Analyzing and managing the pricing of transactions between related companies across different jurisdictions to ensure compliance with tax laws
Optimizing tax efficiency
Minimizing audit risk by developing and implementing appropriate transfer pricing policies
Liaison with other departments

The Successful Applicant

12+ years of relevant experience within the space (transfer pricing)
Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting required
International tax experience a plus
Excellent communicator and team player
