Job Description
The NPI Engineer will be responsible for:
- Designs assembly and test fixtures with little supervision and improves device assembly efficiency.
- Helps with validation and qualification studies for medical devices.
- Identifies and optimizes production processes with minimal guidance.
- Creates clear Manufacturing Process Instructions and provides training on assembly processes.

The Successful Applicant
The successful NPI Engineer will have what follows:
- 2+ years of experience in R&D or Manufacturing in the medical device space
- Catheter experience would be a preferred
- BS in Engineering discipline
- Background in design for manufacturing development is a big plus
