Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the Project Management Office team in their own area of responsibility. Each day, you will support project managers in defining, implementing, and applying project management policies and work instructions.You will also showcase your expertise by contributing to the definition and implementation of project execution strategy.

You will be mainly accountable for:
Ensuring customer focus, urgency, and care in your area of responsibility, delivering superior service experience and driving relentless improvement of customer satisfaction.Working with the customer (while on-site) in identifying opportunities for improving the customers operations and eliminating pain points.
Overseeing project management activities at the portfolio level through project reviews with the management team and project managers.
Serving as an escalation point for individual and systemic project management issues and taking an active role in resolving escalated issues.
