Pricing Clerk

This role is essential in ensuring accurate and efficient operations within our team.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and maintain pricing discounts and special pricing programs in the mainframe system.
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales professionals, warehouse management, and purchasing departments to ensure accurate promotions and discounts.
• Implement and maintain chain grocery store pricing plans.
• Process time-sensitive special pricing forms.
• Inactivate product codes that are in the system but are not showing in inventory.
• Respond to inquiries regarding discounts, item descriptions, vintages, case specifications, UPS/SCC codes, and item demographics.
• Maintain a high level of service while working under time pressure.
• Conduct heavy data input tasks.
• Assist in leading special projects as assigned. • Demonstrated proficiency in planning and policy development
• Solid understanding of pricing strategies and special pricing procedures
• Experience with warehouse management systems
• Ability to effectively communicate with C-Suite and internal customers
• Proven track record in leading special projects and onsite management
• Proficiency in using video and other digital tools for presentations and communication
• Experience in sales management, especially working with sales professionals
• Familiarity with mainframe systems and data input tasks
• Knowledge of demographic factors that influence pricing strategies
• Ability to develop and use templates and specifications for pricing tasks
• Proficiency in managing time and attendance
• Experience in creating and implementing successful promotions
• Familiarity with the concept of 'About Time' in relation to project management
• Must have the ability to lead special projects and work with diverse teams.
