Accounting Clerk

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Redondo Beach, California. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be integral to our team, with duties including the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, handling customer inquiries, and monitoring customer accounts.

• Accurately process customer credit applications using tools like QuickBooks, Oracle, and SAP
• Handle tasks related to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) such as invoice processing, ACH, wires, and credit card revenue entries
• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain billing records
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting and data entry tasks
• Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of records. • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) procedures, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR), including billing and payment collection.
• Strong Billing skills, including preparation, issuing, and tracking of invoices.
• Proficient in Data Entry, ensuring all financial data is accurately recorded in a timely manner.
• Extensive experience with Invoice Processing, ensuring all bills are paid on time and recorded correctly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly for financial analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Oracle financial software for managing and processing financial transactions.
• Experience with QuickBooks for managing business payments, billings, and payroll functions.
• Knowledge of SAP financial software for managing business operations and customer relations.
