Laser Machine Operator
- Thursday)Hours: 4:30pm-3:00am Rate: $20 Hourly + 10% Shift differential Contract: Temp to Perm (90-day conversion)
The Manufacturing Operator will perform various tasks that may include screen printing, cutting glass based on specification, operate a grinding machine, inspect and pack final product, as well as wrap customer specific microscope slides. Essential Functions: -Load and unload pieces of glass-Operate a variety of manual and automated printing, cutting, grinding, and wrapping machines while following safety protocol-Use hand operated power and manual material moving equipment-Follow technical drawings for customer specifications-Identify and remove defective product-Use measuring devices to ensure proper dimensions-Required to meet daily production targets-Support and participate in continuous improvement projects-Engage in safety-related activities-Ability to read and follow work instructions-Miscellaneous duties as assigned
