Schedule

Monday - Friday

Up to 25 Hours Weekly (Between 8am-5pm)

Responsibilities:

• Oversees weekly planning meetings in preparation for the upcoming WE BUILD session.
• Develops, maintains and communicates the timeline and responsibilities for each WE BUILD session.
• Coordinates with community partners to identify potential interns and coaches.
• Collaborates with site champions, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, HR Operations and other areas on the application, interview and onboarding process for interns and coaches.
• Collaborates with Talent Development to schedule Leader Orientation, new hire Orientation and CARE.
• Works with site champions to identify job roles and placement for interns.
• Oversees weekly meetings during each session with community partners, coaches and Orlando Health leaders.
• Works with the Assistant Vice President of External Affairs and Community Benefit to develop and implement program strategy and expansion.
• Maintains records and reports demonstrating the program’s outcomes.
• Establish and maintain an open and positive working relationship with all team members.
• Ensure excellent customer service with internal and external partners.
• Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
• Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.

• Regularly evaluates the effectiveness of assigned projects and each WE BUILD session.
• Maintains growth and development through seminars, workshops, software education and publications to keep abreast of trends in the field.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.

• Valid Florida driver’s license and must be insurable under the Orlando Health insurance carrier’s requirements and standards.

• Two (2) years of experience in business environment with increasing responsibility for coordinating projects.
• Experience working with individuals with unique abilities, Child Life background, Human Resources or education preferred.
• Proven organizational, communication and facilitation skills
