User Experience (UX) Designer

We are seeking a talented UX Designer with hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central / A+ and a strong background in graphic design and branding to join our client's team just south of Seattle, WA. This hybrid role requires you to be onsite one day a week, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-centric designs that enhance the seller experience on the Amazon platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for Amazon Seller Central, ensuring optimal functionality and ease of use.
• Conduct user research, create personas, and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to iterate and refine designs based on feedback.
• Ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints by integrating graphic design and branding principles into UX work.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve user flows and design solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with Amazon Seller Central updates, UX trends, and design best practices.
• 4+ years of UX design experience, with a focus on e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon Seller Central / A+.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design and branding, with a portfolio showcasing branding work integrated into digital experiences.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and prototyping tools.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Copywriting skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
