Responsibilities- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns.
- Manage customer accounts by processing orders, providing updates, and maintaining accurate records.
- Document all customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions in the company's system.
- Collaborate with the repair and distribution teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Identify and escalate any issues requiring additional support or resolution.
- Work efficiently in a small office with a quiet, focused environment, alongside other team members in cubicles.
- Assist in coordinating logistics with the warehouse team for accurate and timely product distribution.
