Mental Health and Substance Abuse Therapist (LPC, MSW, LSW, LCSW)

HealingUS Centers is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health and Substance Abuse Therapist to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapy and support to individuals facing mental health challenges and substance use disorders.

As a therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with agency standards.
• Providing support and resources to clients and their families.

Requirements

Qualifications include:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Current licensure in the state as an LPC, MSW, LSW, or LCSW.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
