H2 Health provides high-quality outpatient therapy for orthopedic conditions, sports medicine, industrial/return-to-work clients, neurological disorders, post-op rehab, and balance programs. We offer a supportive, team-driven environment where clinicians can grow and thrive.
Responsibilities:
As a Physical Therapist, you'll work collaboratively in a supportive environment, utilizing your expertise to design personalized treatment plans and deliver compassionate care.- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, working with a diverse population.
- Develop treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
- Collaborate with a team of therapists to ensure excellent patient care.
Requirements:
- Education: A graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- License: An active or eligible state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Experience: Prior experience working in an outpatient setting, but new graduates are welcome!
