We provide specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services to our patients who are often recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.At our 40-bed hospital, we provide specialized treatment in the Northern Indiana. We see patients who often are recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.
We are seeking a Case Manager Assistant (part-time) to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Minimum of one (1) years clerical or administrative assistant experience required. Hospital experience preferred.
- High School diploma required.
- OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
- Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
- Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
Responsibilities:
Provides clerical support and assistance with admissions and discharges in the Case Management department. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
