Job Title: Patient Care Associate (PCA) - Psychiatric Care

Duties:

• Act as a key member of the psychiatric care team, assisting with admission and patient orientation.
• Provide direct care services, including hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
• Record and monitor patient health data, including vital signs, weight, and pain levels.
• Co-lead therapeutic activities to promote patient engagement and well-being.
• Support patient discharge planning, coordinating transportation and family resources.
• Intervene during patient emergencies and assist with crisis management protocols.
• Uphold infection control and patient safety standards.

Skills Required:

• Experience in behavioral health, law enforcement, or nursing.
• Competency in venipuncture, EKG, and infection control.

Education:

• High school diploma with 2 years of behavioral health experience OR an Associate’s degree in a related field.
• BLS certification required.

Pay Range:

• Weekly: $1,200 - $1,450
