Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with specialized knowledge in M3 domains to lead a 1-year project. This role will focus on guiding the project through critical testing and cutover phases, ensuring seamless transitions and successful outcomes.

• Oversee project lifecycle with a specific focus on testing and cutover cycles, ensuring all stages are executed according to plan.
• Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and budgets, with emphasis on M3-specific requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to prepare for test phases, including creating and managing test plans, scripts, and scenarios relevant to M3 systems.
• Lead the cutover planning and execution process, managing change control, issue resolution, and risk mitigation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to validate data accuracy, system readiness, and process integrity during cutover.
• Monitor project progress, providing regular updates and communicating status, issues, and risks to project leadership.
• Ensure that all testing and cutover activities are aligned with project goals and completed on schedule.
• Identify and address potential risks and issues in M3 domains, creating mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
• Document and implement best practices, contributing to knowledge-sharing and future project efficiencies within the team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on ERP systems, preferably M3.
• Demonstrated expertise in M3 domains, with hands-on experience in managing testing and cutover processes.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with a proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure environments.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Familiarity with M3-specific project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience in complex ERP migrations and upgrades.
