Summary:

Goldbelt Frontier LLC is seeking a dynamic Senior Program Manager for an 18-month contract. The Program Manager will play a crucial role in supporting various programs and functional mission areas, focusing on change management communications, and conducting functional assessment, workforce analysis, and knowledge management for future success.

This position is structured as full-time for the initial nine months, transitioning to part-time for the subsequent nine months, resulting in a total duration of eighteen months. Throughout this period, the employee will receive a full-time salary.

  • Project, Program, and Portfolio Management
  • Administrative Support
  • Logistics Planning, Management, and Support
  • Information Management (Data Coordination/Visualization)
  • Security Operations Management and Intelligence
  • External Affairs: Communications, Social Media, Conference/Events, and Public Relations
  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) and Risk Management

Qualifications:

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Graduate Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum three (3) years of program manager experience with large project management plans for the Government, including integration, modernization, processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Minimum five (5) years of leadership, program management, or similar responsibilities supporting health agencies such as CDC, HRSA, HHS, or NIH.
  • US Citizen (able to obtain a Secret security clearance if needed)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $183,000 per year.
