Responsibilities:

• Oversee corporate accounting for US operations
• Utilize Hyperion SmartView for data analysis and reporting
• Proficiently use Excel for data management and analysis
• Manage foreign currency exchange and perform regular reconciliations
• Conduct consolidations of financial data
• Oversee inventory accounting processes
• Utilize accounting software systems such as ADP - Financial Services, BlackLine, and Concur
• Manage ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning system for efficient business operations
• Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) operations
• Conduct auditing and manage billing functions
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must.
• Experience in ADP - Financial Services is required.
• Familiarity with BlackLine is crucial.
• Knowledge of Concur is essential.
• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is expected.
• Understanding of various Accounting Functions is required.
• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is essential.
• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.
• Auditing skills are a must.
• Familiarity with Billing Functions is important.
