About Our Client

My client is a Multifamily Developer, General Contractor, and Management Company all rolled into one. They have doubled in size over the last 10 years and now hold a leading edge on senior living facility production. Their apartment communities are for adults age 55+ that offer independant living without healthcare or communal kitchens.

Each property consists of a 3-4 story building, based on anchorage, of 120 units and each has their own decorative flavor.

Our client has unlimited funding due to the large demand for senior living production in their respective markets. The first project in St. Louis will be in O'Fallon, MO with additional backlog coming up in Wentzville and throughout Greater St.

Louis.

They are looking for an on-site superintendent to oversee the O'Fallon and other upcoming projects. The superintendent will work with a Project Manager based out of Buffalo, NY.

Job Description

Responsible for overseeing upcoming project in O'Fallon, MO: $22M (120 unit) Ground Up Job - 18 month timeline.
Work hand in hand with the Project Manager based out of Buffalo, NY.
Responsible for all on-site construction ops.
On-site Monday through Friday.

The Successful Applicant

Must Have:

Lead superintendent experience
Prior multifamily, residential, and/or stick frame construction experience
Experience managing on-site, reading plans, coordinating subs, process material lists, schedule inspections, etc

OR:

Client would possibly be open to someone with large contract experience and less multifamily/residential/stick build, but ideally would have at least some exposure to these areas
