A Typical Day:

We are searching for a talented and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Tealium CDP team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our customer data platform to drive impactful marketing initiatives. You'll be a key bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our Tealium CDP delivers maximum value.

The Senior Business Analyst will:

  • Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for CDP enhancements and new features.
  • Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, IT, and analytics to understand data requirements and use cases.
  • Conduct data analysis and profiling to identify opportunities for improving data quality and customer insights.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, process flows, and system diagrams.
  • Support testing and validation of CDP implementations to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Stay informed about Tealium CDP capabilities and industry best practices.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on data-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with a marketing data platform like Tealium, Amperity, or a similar solution.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Proven ability to gather and analyze complex business requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

  • Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
  • Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
  • Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

Salary: $75,000 - $130,000
