Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Customer Success Manager. The ideal candidate will be accountable for developing customer relationships that promote retention, loyalty, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage client portfolios.
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with strategic planning & value-added support.
- Handle customer queries in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to address customer needs.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with customer details, notes, and potential opportunities.
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar customer support role.
- Exceptional communication skills and customer-centric attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant field.
- Professional experience in tech or software industries (preferred).
