Purpose and Scope:
Supports a department or work area by performing general office and/or clerical services for Academic Operations. Assists management with simple, routine or repetitive general or clerical tasks. Respond to walk-in, fax and email inquiries.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provides general office and clerical support for one or more work areas Academic Operations.
- Performs basic filing, mail pickup, distribution and telephone coverage.
- Identifies issues or problems and seek assistance from higher level personnel or management.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
Degree Equivalency Formula:
Bachelor’s Degree= 4 years plus required years of experience.
Master’s Degree= 2 years plus required years of experience. Where Master’s degrees are required, years for Bachelor’s Degrees must be included.
