Job Description- Manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure safety, compliance, and timely progress.
- Monitor project budgets and control costs, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Report project status and key metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
- Mitigate risks and resolve any issues that may arise, maintaining project integrity and timelines.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing healthcare construction projects, with a strong understanding of healthcare-specific regulations and requirements.
- Exceptional project management skills, with proven experience in budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in construction management software and project tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.
