Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Care Specialist to support our client in the insurance industry. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in delivering superior customer service by assisting policyholders with their inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
• Assist customers with policy details, billing inquiries, and claim updates.
• Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues, explaining solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
• Stay informed on company products, services, and industry changes to provide knowledgeable support.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and recommend solutions.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience, ideally in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and empathy.
