Role: JR .NET Developer / Customer Contract Admin AnalystLocation: Vernon Hills, IL
Duration: 12 Months
The role is more like a cross over between technical person and customer exposure, marketing knowledge etc. Need to have more technical exposure such as experience with software development or software quality experience. This will help in creating the technical content.No development or testing or code reviewing is involved. The SDLC knowledge is solely to understand the products and create technical content for customers and respond to technical questionnaires from customers. If the candidate doesn't have a technical background, it is difficult to understand the technical terms such as databases, OS, encryption etc.
This is a technical marketing role involved in creating technical content and supporting customers. Help the sales and marketing team with technical questions and questions of customers.
Skills:
Experience with SDLC and technical expertise is needed.
The products are built on .NET applications. (C, C++). Candidates wouldn't be exposed to this.
Create technical content and support customers. So, I need to have an understanding of technical aspects to answer the questionnaire. On an average there will be 300-400 questions a month.
Medical device experience is preferred and a big plus.
Training will be provided to the candidates on the BD products.
Need to have strong documentation skills and communication skills. (Both written & verbal).
This role is an IT technical role. So, I should have an IT technical background.
Education & Experience:
Need to have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science.
At least 3-4 years of experience with technical expertise such as SDLC, OS, web applications, Windows applications, patching, remote support etc. Junior developers or testers would also work.
Interviews:
Might involve 2 video conference interviews. First one with the manager and the other might be with another member of the team.
