We are currently in search of an experienced OMHC Medical Director for our Eastern Region, covering a market that consists of Baltimore and Elkton locations. The Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC) Director at Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and all its subsidiaries (“Kolmac” or the “Company”) will provide administrative oversight, leadership, and vision to the OMHC services provided at the three Concerted Care Group (CCG) locations.
In collaboration with leadership, the OMHC Medical Director provides leadership and support for all services delivered in the Outpatient Mental Health Center and assumes primary responsibility for the quality and compliance of Psychiatric care delivery.
Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership & Direct Care- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management
- Oversee psychopharmacological interventions for patients with co-occurring disorders
- Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and referrals as needed
- Supervise and mentor members of the allied healthcare team (PMHNPs, Therapists, Counselors, Techs)
- Ensure adequate documentation of charting and reporting to ensure compliance and quality care
- Ensure programmatic goals for service delivery, regulatory compliance, quality of care and quantity of services
- Implement best practices in integrated psychiatric care
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Serve as the psychiatric liaison between OTP and OMHC teams
- Educate staff on evidence-based psychiatric conditions and treatments
- Advocate for holistic, patient-centered behavioral health care
- Engage in community education, outreach and referral generation
- Ensure adequate documentation of charting and reporting to ensure compliance and quality care
- Ensure programmatic goals for service delivery, regulatory compliance, quality of care and quantity of services
- Identify areas of programmatic need and contribute to system development for program growth
- Develop knowledge of community resources and develop integrated relationships with outside providers and supporters
- Ensure continuity of care between internal and external providers
Qualifications:
Education & Experience- MSN or DNP with PMHNP-BC certification
- 3+ years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
- 2+ years supervisory experience (preceptor or nurse educator preferred)
- Experience with integrated care, addiction medicine, and co-occurring disorders is a plus
- Active PMHNP license in the state of practice
- Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology, substance use treatment, and EHRs
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75 a hour to $85 a hour. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, licensure, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
