We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager with 3-5+ years of experience in public relations and marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, a proven ability to pitch to media, and experience managing successful public relations and marketing campaigns.

This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
  • Lead account planning, campaign strategy development, and execution.

Writing & Content Creation:

  • Draft press releases, media pitches, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials with clarity and creativity.
  • Ensure all content aligns with client branding and objectives.

Media Relations:

  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers in key industries.
  • Proactively pitch story ideas to secure media coverage for clients across traditional and digital platforms.
  • Monitor media trends and provide strategic recommendations for media opportunities.

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with client goals.
  • Collaborate with creative and digital teams to produce high-quality deliverables, including social media content, email campaigns, and advertising initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for clients.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to help them grow professionally.
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  1. 5+ years of experience in a PR or marketing role, preferably within an agency setting.

Experience managing clients in the professional services industry (e.g., legal, financial, consulting, real estate).

Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing media pitches, press releases, and other relevant content.

Proven track record of securing media placements and managing successful PR campaigns.

Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.

Excellent interpersonal and client management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in PR tools and platforms, such as Cision, Meltwater, or similar software.
