Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a civilian Full time Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician

Assistant at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Hampton, Virginia.

As an Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner at Hampton VAMC you will not handle Trauma or Peds. The most common diagnosis are chest pains, Gastroenteritis, and COPD Exacerbations. If you are looking for a slower paced, less aggressive ER environment, then Hampton VA is your best bet!

Position Highlights:

  • Flexible schedules | Varying shifts available; 6am
  • 4pm, 8am - 6pm, 9am
  • 7pm, 4pm - 2am and on weekends 2pm

Position Requirements:

  • Any active/unrestricted state license
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
  • Nurse Practitioner Certification
  • Experience working in an Emergency Room setting, required 24 months with an annual volume of 25k plus
  • Current BLS & ACLS certifications
