Lead Coordinator, Logistics - Weston

This is a contract employment opportunity in the logistics industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute Capital Equipment coordination which includes booking and interfacing with freight forwarders
• Maintain real-time data entry of current Robot Configurations
• Coordinate daily with Lead Sales Support Specialist to ensure modifications to Install Base are captured in a timely manner
• Handle Work Order creation/dispatch for Field Service requests as needed
• Coordinate transferred systems between customer sites, storage locations, or repair depots
• Track costs/invoices/other freight and storage charges; review for accuracy and timeliness
• Troubleshoot issues such as missing inventory, quality holds, logistical complications, etc
• Provide feedback to adjacent departments regarding potential improvements, upcoming requests, resource utilizations
• Document all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures
• Serve as a first line problem solver for technical issues.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Sales and Documentation
• Proficient in Reporting, Procedures, and Invoice management
• Adept at Quality Review and Workstation Support
• Knowledge and experience in Logistics and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Ability to Troubleshoot and conduct Metric Reporting
• Familiarity with Methods and Capital Management
• Proficiency in C - All Versions and Configuration Management
• Experience with Storage management and resolving Technical Issues
• Proficient in handling Missing Invoices and Restocking
• Capable of Monthly Reporting, Coordination, and Computer Hardware handling
• Skilled in Modification and Track System operations
• Experience in a Coordinator role within a Logistics setting would be advantageous
