We are in search of an IT Support Specialist to become part of our client's team located in Chatsworth, California. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the industry. The ideal IT Support Specialist candidate will have advanced knowledge and expertise in using Microsoft Intune- cloud-based service for managing devices, applications, and security within an organization.

This includes skills in deploying and managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices, configuring compliance policies, and securing data.

Must Haves:

Intune
MacOS, iOS, and Android devices
Office 365
5-10+ years of IT Support experience
Experience in Windows 10, Office 365 environment
Strong in troubleshooting, repairing laptops, customer service with staff, students, faculty
Comfortable supporting: 1400 Students, 100 faculty, 600 students at the other location
Team player, will be joining a team of 8, independent but enjoys a family-team environment & communicates effectively
Expert at MS Intune, scripting experience
Comfortable talking to leadership and VIPs of the school- polished and can break fix with higher level staff
Preferred: higher ed or education background
