RV Service Technician
We are seeking a skilled and motivated RV Service Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining recreational vehicles (RVs) to ensure they are safe and functional for clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with a strong problem-solving mindset
General Tasks:
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, chassis, and mechanical systems in RVs.
- Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, winterization, & brake adjustments.
- Install and repair accessories such as awnings.
- Troubleshoot and repair generator systems, slide-outs, leveling systems, and other RV components.
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections to ensure all systems are functioning properly before client deliveries.
- Keep detailed records of repairs, parts used, and service recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with team regarding repair needs, estimates, and timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols and company policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new repair techniques, and RV technologies.
- Experience as an RV technician, automotive mechanic, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift heavy parts, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- RVTI (RV Technician Institute) certification or ASE certification is a plus.

Work Environment
Manufacturing environment.
Salary & Benefits- 80 PTO hours available after first 60 days of service.
