What You’ll Do- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring a seamless experience
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Proactively manage the customer lifecycle—from onboarding to continued engagement
- Analyze customer usage and offer insights for optimization and upsell opportunities
- Identify and pursue upselling, cross-selling, and referral opportunities
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM
- Collaborate across departments to enhance customer success strategies
- Experience in account management, customer success, or a related field
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills—you anticipate needs before they arise
- Proficiency with CRM tools and customer management systems
- A results-driven mindset focused on delivering measurable value
- Ability to analyze data & provide insights that drive customer success
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but experience and skills matter more!
