Physician Assistant, Surgical - Orthopedics (Per Diem)

Responsibilities:

Under the direct supervision of a licensed Orthopedic Surgeon, the Physician Assistant will participate directly in the care of Orthopedic patients including pre-operative evaluations, intraoperative assistance, post-operative care, and follow-up visits in the office.

The primary goal is to increase the efficiency and to ensure the quality of the care provided.

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field. Graduation from a Physician Assistant Program approved by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP). Certification from the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

New Jersey license from the State Board of Medical Examiners - Physician Advisory Committee.

Credentials required: Master or Bachelor Degree, Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant Program. Certification from the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
