Sales Associate

A company's sales objectives are mostly driven by its sales personnel. They serve as the link between a firm and its clientele, spotting new customers, identifying their requirements, and persuading them that the company's offerings are the ideal resolution.

Duties of this role:

• Promote and sell services
• Prospect and generate new leads
• Build professional relationships with customers and clients
• Qualify customers and guide them through the sales process
• Keep track of customer interactions
