Team Attendant, Memphis Grizzlies, Part-Time

The Opportunity:

The Memphis Grizzlies are seeking a part-time Team Attendant for game-night only to assist the basketball operations team. Team Attendants are responsible for assisting the Equipment staff, Assistant Equipment Manager, Support Staff, and Visiting Team Personnel with Memphis Grizzlies Home Game Operations at FedExForum.

In This Role You Will:

• Prepare the game court, visiting bench, home bench, visiting locker room, and official’s locker room prior to home games played at FedExForum;
• Assist coaches and players from each team with rebounding prior to games and during halftime;
• Maintain court and locker room spaces in neat and clean manner;
• Work a minimum of 85% of all Memphis Grizzlies home games to ensure superb home and visiting team experience;
• Other duties as assigned by the Head Equipment Manager, Assistant Equipment Manager, Memphis Grizzlies Support Staff, or Visiting Team Personnel.

The Experience You Will Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to work three (3) hours prior to tip-off, including but not limited to evenings, weekends and holidays, as required.
• Must be able to work on location at FedExForum in Memphis, TN.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer services skills.
• Strong teamwork aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate & prioritize multiple tasks.
• Self-starters, pro-active, and highly motivated.
• Must be organized.
• Must be able to stand, sit, squat, walk, and jump for extended periods of time.

Nice to Have:

• Previous athletic experience.
