We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Chandler, Arizona. This role is critical to our operations, primarily focusing on handling customer inquiries, managing customer applications, and maintaining accurate customer records within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process and handle customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of customer credit
• Provide outstanding customer service, resolving customer inquiries promptly
• Collaborate with the team to enhance customer service procedures and standards
• Use video communication tools to interact with customers when necessary
• Utilize R Code and NIS in daily operations and customer service processes
• Handle and resolve issues related to HealthCare.gov and TRICARE services
• Work with offshore team members to ensure seamless customer service. • Proficiency in Customer Service is essential, with a proven ability to handle customer queries and complaints efficiently.
• Familiarity with Video conferencing and related software is required, as the role may involve interacting with customers via virtual platforms.
• Knowledge of HealthCare.gov is beneficial, as the representative may need to guide customers in navigating this platform.
• Understanding of R Code is needed, as the role may involve data analysis and reporting tasks.
• Experience in Offshore operations is advantageous, indicating the candidate's ability to work in a diverse, international environment.
• Familiarity with TRICARE is a plus, as the representative may need to assist customers in understanding and utilizing their benefits.
• Knowledge of Network Information System (NIS) is required, as the role involves maintaining and updating customer records in the system.
